About Us
What is we:network?
we:network encourages face-to-face networking and also uses this website to help improve communications and connections within the Christian community in the West of England. All of the networks and organisations listed in the Action Zone directory are supportive of we:network and want to work together to bring positive change. The website also raises the visibility of the Christian community (eg with the councils, police and media) and tells stories of the positive change happening in the region. If you would like to help with the website or have any comments on how we might improve it, please contact us.
Services for everyone
We can help you to publicise any news or stories you have, events or training you are holding which may be of interest to the wider Christian community. We can promote any resources or services which you can offer, or advertise any job vacancies or volunteer opportunities you wish to fill. Simply contact us is you'd like to know more or register as a site user and you can submit any of the above material to us for inclusion using the content submission form.
Services for Christian projects, networks or organisations
The Action Zone Directory lists projects, networks or organisations which work with people from more than one church. The directory contains a brief introduction to your project, network or organisation, and what it offers together with a link to your own website. If you are missing from any relevant directories, are supportive of the aims of we:network and want to collaborate for positive change, please contact us and select the directories editor to add it.
Services for local churches and their projects
The Churches Directory gives a brief introduction to your congregation with contact details whilst the Church Project Directory (currently empty) will list your church community focussed projects. If your congregation or project has a website and it has not been listed, please let us know. If you are missing from the directory completely, are supportive of the aims of we:network and want to collaborate for positive change, then contact us, selecting the directories editor with detail.
Services for businesses
The Businesses Directory which is ready but yet to populated is intended to enable Christian businesses to advertise their goods or services to the wider Christian community in the West of England. If you would like to submit your business details, are supportive of the aims of we:network and want to collaborate for positive change, feel free to do so. In the future we may well open up the directory to other business that are know to and recommended by registered site users. (In these days the Business Community needs all the help it can get).
