The Cross Initiative - Research on Christians in Schools
The CROSS Initiative is a new network of Christians working in or supporting schools in the Bristol area. We are just starting out and want to grow this network to involve all who have a heart for schools, that’s not just the youth workers. The Steering group is made up of Churches, Para Church organisations and individual Christians with a heart for schools.
One plan that we have is to research more widely around Bristol, what schools have a Christian contact going in, what they are doing and how often!

1) What schools do you have connection with?
2) Under what role do you work in them?
3) How often are you going into this school?
4) Is the local church involved with this connection at all and what is the name of the local church?
5) Would you be happy to join the CROSS mailing list/database?
Also, if you know of other Christians in Schools (eg. Parent prayer groups, assembly teams, teachers and staff, youth workers) please do email me.
We want to try and get as full a picture as feasibly possible and need your help! The aim is to find out what needs you have and how we can provide support and relevant training in the future as well as stay more connecting to encourage each other.
